As Christian clergyperson, I’m ordained “pastor and teacher.” In my ministry, serving churches Connecticut-to-California,” I’ve taken the teaching role seriously. Brief Christian Histories began as a class taught at a Denver church in 1976 and taught/re-taught in Westfield (NJ), Seattle, Wichita, Bali, and, especially, First Congregational United Church of Christ in Colorado Springs. There I was senior minister for sixteen years. My educational degrees are from the University of Oklahoma, Yale Divinity School, Pacific School of Religion, and the University of Denver.
Listen to a Podcast with Doctor Deb from Intentional Journey. Intentional Journey is an initiative to help you succeed in life by linking you with ideas, resources and inspiration related to personal development, money, career, spirituality, relationships, and health and fitness.
Jim White has been fishing since he was a young boy. He took that passion and traveled the world fishing in some of the most fascinating rivers and lakes. As a pastor (now retired), he co-led workshops on the spirituality of fly fishing and has completed his second book on the subject.
